Fall Meeting The IKO-CPA was organized in 1952 to promote the mutual interests and general welfare of the concrete pipe industry within Indiana, Kentucky and Ohio. Mission Statement To promote the interests of the concrete pipe industry by communicating with state and local government officials, the civil engineering community, and real estate developers in regards to the use of concrete pipe, by offering education programs for the installation and maintenance of concrete pipe, and by attending and offering meeting opportunities for the sharing of ideas and experiences in the use of concrete pipe.
